1. How cash balances and bonus balances work

1.1  When making a deposit, the amount you deposit is added to a “cash balance” and the associated bonus amount is added to a “bonus balance”.

1.2  At any time the amount of the cash balance may be subject to a withdrawal request, in accordance with the general withdrawal terms.

1.3  When you have an active bonus, the cash balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance.

1.4  Your bonus balance is only available when playing as an individual. Only real money from your cash balance can be used when using our play together feature.

1.5  The bonuses and winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn, once the bonus wagering conditions have been satisfied. The progress of the wagering requirements is visible in your account by clicking on “Active bonuses”.

2. Welcome Bonus wagering conditions

2.1  By default, the wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus value unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.

2.2  Only bets placed from the bonus balance contribute to the wagering requirements of said bonus.

2.3  When you have fulfilled the bonus wagering requirements, the bonus balance is automatically transferred to your cash balance.

2.4  In the event that you make a withdrawal request before having fulfilled the wagering requirements, both the current bonus and the pending free spins and bonuses will be canceled automatically.

2.5  Each game has a contribution value towards the wagering requirements. Slot machine games contribute 100%. Table games, live dealer games, and other games contribute 10%.

2.6  The bonus wagering conditions must be fulfilled within 30 days of activation. In the event that the wagering conditions are not met within this timeframe, both bonus funds & the winnings associated with the bonus will be forfeited.

2.7  Whilst playing with bonus funds, the maximum bet allowed is 5 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) per spin or round. If you place a bet greater than this amount, the bonus as well as the winnings will be forfeited.

2.8   For games that contain a "bonus buy" or "feature buy" option, the bet will count as the total cost of the spin, not the stake or value of the game round the bonus buy or feature buy is played at. For example, playing Money Train at €1 stake and the bonus buy is 80x the stake value (€80). In this case, the bet size for this round would be €80.

2.9  Game winnings from spins or game rounds initiated with bonus funds but completed with real money after the bonus has been wagered, lost, or forfeited, will be removed and may result in your account being closed for bonus abuse.

3. Free spins

3.1  Free spins winnings generate a bonus. Thereafter, the general bonus conditions apply to this new bonus.

3.2  Free spins are valid for 48 hours from the issue date unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.

3.3  If you request a withdrawal while there are free spins in your account, the free spins will be forfeited.

3.4  Deposits linked to free spins can only be withdrawn if they have been wagered at least once on slot machine games.

4. Reload Bonuses & Instant Bonuses

4.1  From time to time, customer support agents may award an instant match bonus, deposit bonus spins, free spins, free bonus money or free cash as an act of goodwill on a case by case scenario. In such cases and independently on the type or amount of bonus given, the maximum win resulting from that bonus cannot exceed 4 times the value of the original bonus granted. 5.14  We may make terms and conditions available in various languages for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the English language version and the non-English language version of these terms and conditions, the English version takes priority.
